Cancellation policy
We understand that family plans can change. This policy keeps cancellations fair for families and tutors.
48 hours’ notice
Lessons may be cancelled or rearranged without charge when Bright Bloom Tuition receives at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or the pupil does not attend, the lesson fee is normally non-refundable because the tutor has reserved that time. We may consider exceptional circumstances individually. Where a late cancellation remains properly chargeable, the tutor receives their normal 85% share and Bright Bloom retains 15%. No commission is retained from a fully refunded lesson.
Tutor cancellations
If a tutor cancels, the family may choose a replacement lesson or a full refund. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider.
How to cancel
Email hello@brightbloomtuition.co.uk with the pupil’s name, tutor and lesson time.
