Who is responsible for your information
Jessica Williams, trading as Bright Bloom Tuition, is the data controller. Bright Bloom Tuition is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration reference ZC217720.
Information we use
This may include parent contact details, pupil name and year group, lesson notes, tutor details, booking history and payment status. Card information is collected directly by Stripe and is not stored by Bright Bloom Tuition.
Why we use it
We use information to provide tuition, communicate about bookings, keep appropriate safeguarding records, meet legal obligations and operate the service.
Sharing and retention
Relevant booking details are shared only with the assigned tutor and trusted service providers where necessary. Information should be retained only for as long as required for service, safeguarding, accounting or legal purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing hello@brightbloomtuition.co.uk.
