Safeguarding
Children’s welfare comes first in every Bright Bloom Tuition lesson and communication.
Our approach
Tutors must maintain professional boundaries, use approved lesson arrangements and report any concern promptly. Tutors advertised as DBS checked must have their status verified before teaching.
Safeguarding leads
Jessica Williams is Bright Bloom Tuition's Designated Safeguarding Lead. Taha Alwan is the Deputy Safeguarding Lead. Safeguarding concerns can be reported confidentially by emailing hello@brightbloomtuition.co.uk.
Online lesson safety
Lessons should take place in an appropriate environment. Parents or carers should know when the lesson is happening and remain contactable. Private contact between tutors and pupils outside approved channels is not permitted.
Reporting a concern
For a non-emergency safeguarding concern, contact hello@brightbloomtuition.co.uk. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. Concerns about a child may also be reported to the relevant local authority children’s services or the NSPCC.
