These terms explain the basis on which Bright Bloom Tuition provides online lessons.
About Bright Bloom
Bright Bloom Tuition is operated by Jessica Williams, a sole trader trading as Bright Bloom Tuition, of Office 10278, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, UK. Contact hello@brightbloomtuition.co.uk.
Bookings and payment
A booking is accepted once payment has been completed and confirmation has been issued. Lesson details must be checked promptly and any error reported.
Tutor-set prices
Tutors choose their advertised hourly price within Bright Bloom's £20–£60 permitted range. Where listed, 30-, 45- and 60-minute lessons are priced proportionately. Parents pay the price displayed at checkout with no separate Bright Bloom booking fee. Bright Bloom retains 15% commission from the tutor and pays the tutor 85%.
Online lessons
Families are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and quiet learning space. A responsible adult should remain contactable while a child is receiving tuition.
Conduct
Pupils, families and tutors must communicate respectfully and follow safeguarding requirements. Bright Bloom Tuition may suspend a lesson or account where safety or appropriate conduct is at risk.
Cancellations
The separate 48-hour cancellation policy forms part of these terms.
